Wanna make a Google Earth movie, but don't have the Pro version? Want to record for posterity your new dance moves in Second Life but can't for the life of you work out their in-house movie making commands?
Then CamStudio (for PCs) might be just the thing you need. According to the Camstudio website,
CamStudio is able to record all screen and audio activity on your computer and create industry-standard AVI video files and using its built-in SWF Producer can turn those AVIs into lean, mean, bandwidth-friendly Streaming Flash videos (SWFs)
