We've just had a couple of weeks in Coatepec, doing the usual annual "chasing our tails" maintenance to bring things up to more or less where they were when we left last time. This time, however, we had some coffee to process from our small hobby scale coffee finca.
We'll do the job of recording the "harvest" with due diligence and respect on Joypix as soon as the teaching stint in Toronto is finished and the Newfoundland summer institute course is underway and running itself.
